Morgan Lambert have a wealth of experience in assisting our Clients with Project Management Duties which can include:
- New Boiler Installations – working with the Client and Contractor to manage budgets and deliver a quality end product for handover.
- Service Programme Management – ensuring compliance with the servicing programme by issuing monthly job orders and administrating the incoming completed LGSR.
- Renewable Installations – with Renewable Technology being trialled in the Social Housing Sector, we are ideally positioned to ensure that these appliances are installed correctly and Tenants understand how to use the system following handover. We will also liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to assist in managing budgets.
- Invoice Validation – full sign off of any variation orders that may arise from servicing, repair or installation works. To include site visits where necessary.
