Meet Ian

“With 25 years of experience in the social housing sector, both as a client and contractor, I have built a career that spans from hands-on engineering to senior leadership. Starting as a domestic and commercial engineer, I progressed to Senior Operations Manager within one of the largest G15 landlords, gaining extensive expertise along the way.

My journey has allowed me to develop a broad skill set, including procurement, policy and procedure development for the heating sector, managing ombudsman cases, budget control, project and contract management, KPI monitoring, auditing, and the mobilization and demobilization of contracts.

My role as Regional Director for the South involves managing and overseeing all of the field activities with the assistance of my two Regional Managers. Reporting to them are our full time and sub contract Auditors and Consultants.   My other main primary responsibility is liaising with our existing social housing clients to ensure that the contracts run smoothly and that they are satisfied with the services we supply and also to bring in new clients when the opportunity arises.
