Jess joined the business in 2019 as an Operations Support Apprentice studying towards a Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship via Selby College. In December 2020 Jess completed her course and was offered full time employment at Morgan Lambert within the Operations Support team.
Morgan Lambert is proud to partner with local colleges and provide apprenticeships that benefit all stakeholders. Jess is the third apprentice to have worked in our office in recent years and we look forward to continuing our college relationship in years to come.

What is your greatest professional achievement?
My greatest achievement is passing my Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship. This has gained me a full-time position at Morgan Lambert.
What excited you about joining Morgan Lambert?
Taking on new challenges, doing something outside of my comfort zone and working as a team.
If you weren’t working for Morgan Lambert, what job would you be doing now?
I would have liked to be working in car sales. My dream car would be a Lamborghini Huracan.
What is your favourite sports team?
I don’t have a particularly favourite sports team, but I do like watching the Olympics.
What do you like to do as a hobby?
Walking, Movies and going out with my friends.
Where is your favourite place in the world?
Phuket, Thailand. In 2018 myself and a group of friends went travelling for a month it was an experience of a lifetime and I would love to go back some day.
What was the best concert you ever attended?
I have been to a few concerts but the one that sticks out the most is Eminem; he was awesome, and the atmosphere was electric.
What is your favourite movie?
Coyote Ugly – just a feel-good movie that affects all your emotions.
Who would you most like to swap places with for a day?
Beyonce
If you could visit anywhere in the world you’ve never been, where would you go?
Bahamas – It looks so beautiful.
