Meet Jessica

“Before starting my apprenticeship at Morgan Lambert, I worked in a local pub where I gained experience in both waitressing and bar work. I held the role from when I left school until I turned 19. My current role at Morgan Lambert is operational support for the North area of England. I plan auditors work and regularly look at KPIs to ensure we are meeting our monthly targets for the clients. I am currently doing a Level 3 Business Administration course to help me gain further knowledge in the role and to help me progress further.”
