
“As the first point of contact for both auditors and clients, I play a key role in coordinating audit inspections on recently serviced boilers across housing association and council properties. My responsibilities include managing auditors’ workloads and planning daily schedules to meet monthly targets, handling resident communications, such as phone calls and text messages, to arrange audit appointments, and responding to client email queries, including CO investigation requests, short reports, and general updates. I also support the rollout of new schemes by organising initial audits and ensuring bookings are accurately scheduled and allocated.”
