“I have worked many years in customer service, either volunteering, work experience or part time hours.
My main job was a retail assistant, which allowed me to take responsibility across all departments. I enjoy a role which allow me to complete various tasks and allow me to put customers first.
As a Call Handler we focus our time liaising with customers, ensuring appointments are made and all their needs are met, I also need to make sure I am being proactive throughout the day.
I also assist the Operations Support Team with any planning tasks.
