Meet Wendy

“I’ve been in my current role for 11 years. Prior to that, I worked part-time in roles that fit around my children. Before starting a family, I spent 8 years working in Human Resources for the railway sector.

In my current position, I support both the Operational Support Manager and the wider Operational Support Admin team. My key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing installations, repairs, and other ad-hoc workstreams (including VAQ Racker)

• Supporting ISO compliance by ensuring processes are followed and completed accurately

• Acting as the LCL Training Administrator – managing staff registrations and certification

• Deputising in the absence of the Operational Support Manager

• Assisting other members of the Operational Support team as needed

• Carrying out additional administrative duties to support daily operations”
