Hours: 37.5 hrs per week, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Operation Support Assistant. The Operation Support Administrator will be reporting to the Operations Support Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative support and services to ensure effective and efficient operations and procedures are maintained. You will play a crucial role in assisting our field based staff, clients and their tenants. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

  • Daily responses to emails, text messages and telephone calls
  • Quarterly consultant meetings
  • Yearly appraisal review meetings.

+ Main Activities

  • Chase and Distributing Landlord Gas Safety Records
  • Logging appointments for Auditors
  • Track Electrical and Commercial Work
  • Monitor letter spreadsheet to ensure all Auditors have requested letters for the days they are working
  • Portal changes
  • Set up new clients on the portal
  • Preparation and administration of appointment letters including monitoring and updating relevant appointment letter register
  • Answering the phone in a timely manner, directing call and taking messages
  • Arranging short reports and referrals as per client requests, ensuring the correct procedure is followed with in specific time-frames
  • Monitor auditor numbers in liaison with Regional Manager & Operations Support Manger
  • Logging warning notices and sending client notifications

  • Updating Contact Forms, Project Diaries, Unsafe Forms Emails and Outlook Contacts
  • Distribution of post
  • Utilisation of the franking equipment
  • Monitor info@morganlambert.com email when necessary
