Morgan Lambert is a market‑leading, specialist consultancy providing independent gas safety, compliance, and technical assurance services to Social Housing Providers across the UK. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Manager to lead our gas quality control operations, support our field teams, and uphold the highest technical and professional standards within your region.
+ Key Responsibilities
- Represent Morgan Lambert at client and contractor meetings, presenting audit findings with clarity and professionalism.
- Lead, support and develop a team of Gas Quality Control Auditors (both employed and self-employed).
- Deliver onsite quality audits and desktop validation reviews in line with industry regulations and internal standards.
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor audit programmes to ensure successful delivery within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Lead technical investigations, including carbon monoxide and other incident related enquiries.

- Demonstrable improvement in service delivery for both landlords and tenants.

CCN1 – Core Domestic Gas Safety
CENWAT – Central Heating Boilers & Water Heaters
DAH1 – Warm Air Heating Appliances
CKR1 – Cookers
HTR1 – Gas Fires & Wall Heaters
CMDDA1 – CO/CO₂ Atmosphere & Appliance Testing
A1 & A2 (D32 & D33) Assessor Qualifications – Optional

You will report directly to the Regional Director.
