Meet Russell

“I joined the heating industry in 2010 and gained valuable experience in the social housing and engineering environments by working for some large contracting providers. I progressed through to supervisory and managerial roles within those businesses and held roles in Contract Management.

I joined Morgan Lambert 9 years ago as a Domestic Gas Auditor and have covered the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire areas during this period. My main tasks involved post inspection and work in progress visits to support quality workmanship standards across the heating industry. I also covered Fumes Investigation Reports across this region and beyond using my CMDDA1 qualification.

In October 2023, I was promoted to the position of Regional Manager for the North East, where I am the first point of contact for Clients, Auditors and Sub-Consultants. Through my qualification in assessing vocational achievement, I continue to provide the necessary field based support through work in progress inspections and operative competence appraisals on behalf of clients and our own staff.

I also have joint responsibility with the Operational Support team in the planning of works within the North East region to ensure audit targets are met and additionally a personal responsibility in ensuring a high standard and quality of work is carried out and maintained for our social housing clients.”
